About Us

PLANNING & FACILITATION, DEVELOPMENT, CONFLICT RESOLUTION

We are a small firm assisting with focus, imagination and resolve in the government, university and manufacturing sectors. As facilitators, we love designing processes that delight our clients, and as consultants, finding elegant solutions that hit the mark. To get it right, we listen, explore clients’ constraints and pressures, and find out what they value most.  We try to use plain English when we talk and write.

We take pride in tradecraft - in the way we facilitate groups and teams, especially around strategy, and we’re not satisfied unless we have deeply engaged the participants, and created lively meetings that get to the point.

We help leadership teams to think clearly, relate robustly yet cordially, and do the job for which they were appointed. We teach managers how to be coaches, so that every contact is a coaching opportunity. As mediators, we go into fraught situations, and broker solutions. As consultants, we help our clients with structure, focus and imagination in strategic planning. We facilitate lively and constructive planning days. We lead forums, groups and roundtables where the stakes are high and the stakeholders are formidable. We help members of teams at all levels to join with each other and bring out their best – the closest alignment with organisational goals, the most creativity, and the maximum discretionary effort.

We delight in assisting individuals and organisations to capitalise on their strengths, focus on purposeful involvement, engage with others, and lift their performance. We offer bold, attractive, and practical ideas, and stand by you when you put them into place. We support you to find solutions to your dilemmas and strength of purpose to go the distance.
