Our "Teams at the Top" consultancy provides executive consultation at a group and individual level on how senior teams can and should have "good fights" - those that avoid interpersonal hostility and discord, and yet create an environment for superior decisions. We also work intensively with middle management teams.
Conflict & Mediation
A successful mediation has an outcome that both parties accept and own. It can improve relationships among parties who will have to deal with each other again. We also run a program teaching staff how to manage difficult conversations.
Planning and Change Management
We work extensively with organisations to support creative and effective business and strategic planning, and to facilitate group processes. We help leaders choose robust strategies that are aligned to the realities of their current environment, and ensure their organisation has or can get the right people and resources to execute it.
We act as process guides, moving the group along, rounding up strays, reining in hobby-horses, encouraging the silent, keeping the group on task, ensuring that the process is robust but cordial, spurring creativity, and getting the best and liveliest thinking going. With many years of experience, we are skilled at working "at the edge" with highly demanding participants.
